Seasonal coffees are individually dosed, ground, and sealed in nitrogen-flushed ready-to-brew bags, maintaining the clear aromatic character of freshly ground coffee for over a year after roasting.

High Volume

Our High Volume subscription is well-suited for espresso, both in coffee choice and volume. A subscription service, aimed at the high-volume home user.

The subscription this month features La Roca from Costa Rica, a returning favourite where crisp and sweet notes of toffee and mandarin are enhanced by the careful 'white honey' processing.

Mexico: Chamulapita

With the seasons change, we are excited to present our new cacao Chamulapita from Mexico, from the Chiapas region where we have also sourced coffees the last couple of seasons. The 70% Criollo cacao showcases bright strawberry and sea buckthorn, both available as chocolate and ground for making hot chocolate.

Rituals Subscription

Every month we aim to illustrate core concepts in the world of coffee, showcasing two distinct varietals from the same farm, contrasting experiences from the same region, or an in-depth look at processing techniques.

This month’s subscription focusses on one of coffee’s most iconic varietals, SL28, with a washed SL28 from Karimikui in Kenya and a 'honey' processed version from Don Joel in Costa Rica.
