Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. You can also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

How to cancel or return an order

Visit your account, select your order and follow the return and cancellation steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once we've received your request. You can also contact our customer support and provide the following:

- Order number
- Email address
- Details of the product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)

Send your return within 30 days of receiving your return label. We will process your return promptly, and refunds are processed within 10 calendar days of receiving your return.

Terms

Please return product items in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order as per your requirements.

All coffee products and other food items must be returned in a brand new, unused condition, with unbroken packaging. If the packaging of these products is broken, you will lose the right to cancel the order.

Return shipment costs within Denmark is 50 DKK. For international returns, the return shipment cost is €15.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return shipment.

Items ordered between November 1st and December 31st may be returned for a full refund through January 31st, subject to the regular provisions of this Returns Policy.

This policy applies solely to private customers.
