Justicia Bakery
La Cabra’s new café and bakery in Justicia takes shape within a building dating back to 1855, once home to a goldsmith’s workshop.
The space draws from the character of Madrid itself, with references to the city’s traditional bodegas and neighbourhood cafés. Original architectural details have been preserved, allowing the history of the building to remain visible alongside new additions.
