A new year brings a quiet shift, a chance to reflect. For many years, we have presented coffee through several lenses; 
the people, places, culture and conditions who shape each lot. Now, we combine these elements into clearer focus, and present them under a new light.


Seasonal

We have long spoken of seasonal coffee, and aim to reflect the changing seasons explicitly in the selection we present.

Each season we highlight coffees that reflect our long term relationships; the freshest coffees we can get our hands on.

Here, we find the archetypal flavour profiles of the regions we work in; the bright and crisp washed Colombia, floral and ripe natural Ethiopia, or intense and juicy washed Kenya.

This new approach allows us to strengthen some of our longest relationships, reflecting the rhythm of their work and production more closely in our lineup.

Highlights

Each of the relationships we explore in our seasonal lineup is one we hold dear; a talented producer, a small area with potential, or a driven and motivated cooperative or producer group.

Many of these relationships result in innovation, experimentation, and extraordinary flavour profiles. These are the highlights of each buying season.

Highlights are fleeting opportunities; limited production and a relentless pursuit of quality mean these lots move quickly, and may not return.

Rare

Our pursuit of coffee excellence continues, showcasing rare and limited lots.

Through years of travel and close collaboration, we’ve built a network of renowned producers, giving us access to some of the finest and most expressive coffees.

Our Rare selection is carefully selected and curated throughout the year.

Profiles

Though the world of coffee moves at a fast pace, we create constant taste profiles that we can return to throughout the year.

Profiles is a place to come home to, the base on which we can build the rest of our coffee journey.

Terra is a comforting cup, a familiar experience closely 
tied to the ground where it was grown.

Luna is a brighter take, the direct reflection and contrast 
of Terra, a new step on our journey in coffee.
