La Cabra Risteri ApS, Company reg. 43681176, Marguerite Vibys Plads 1, DK-2000 Frederiksberg is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data and this Privacy Policy applies to users of our website and webshop located at lacabra.dk.

1.2 When you shop in La Cabra Webshop as a private customer or business customer representative
Legitimate purpose and legal basis
When you purchase products in our webshop, we process your personal data related to your webshop account in order to be able to handle and administer your purchases and provide the best customer service to you, including:
- Ordinary personal data (e.g. which products you have purchased, payment information, name, address, delivery address, complaint and return cases, correspondence with our customer service). The processing takes place in order to fulfil an agreement with you and to safeguard your and our interests in providing you with the best possible service, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f).
- Ordinary personal data (e.g. which products you have shown an interest to or purchased, demographics). The processing takes place to safeguard your and our interests in ensuring that you always receive the best and most relevant news and offers, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f).
Disclosure
To the extent necessary to provide our service to you, we may disclose your information to relevant suppliers and partners, including software suppliers, marketing agencies and other data processors.
Retention policy
We store your personal data in connection with the invoice and the return receipt for five (5) years after the purchase/return in order to comply with our obligations under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
We store your personal data related to your webshop account as long as you are registered as a customer in our webshop. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us as set out above. We erase your personal data related to your webshop account if your account is inactive for 3 years or you withdraw your consent, unless we have a legal obligation to store the personal data for a longer period.
1.3 If you consent to newsletter
Legitimate purpose and legal basis
If you sign up for our newsletter other direct marketing, we process your personal data in order to send marketing to you and always ensure that you receive the best and most relevant offers (profiling):
- Ordinary personal data (e.g. your name, email address, preferences, information collected via “pixels” in our newsletters, including clicks on contents in the newsletter, geolocation and IP address). The processing takes place based on your consent to marketing cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act.
A ”pixel” is a file in our newsletter which gives us access to collect data specifying which advertisements and articles you click in the newsletter. The use of pixels and the collection of the personal data described is a prerequisite for receiving our newsletter. If you do not accept our processing of your personal data in this respect, it will not be possible for you to receive our newsletter.
Disclosure
To the extent necessary to provide our service to you, we may disclose your information to relevant suppliers and partners, including, for example, software suppliers, marketing agencies and other data processors.
Retention policy
You can withdraw your consent by following the "unsubscribe newsletter" instructions at the bottom of all our newsletters.
The withdrawal of your consent has no effect on the legitimacy of our processing of your personal data up until the time when you withdraw your consent.
1.4 If you sign up for a La Cabra course
Legitimate purpose and legal basis
If you sign up for our one of our courses in our webshop, we process your personal data in order to send you information regarding to course, to be able to handle and administer your purchases of the course and provide the best customer service, including:
- Ordinary personal data (e.g. your name, email address and payment information). The processing takes place in order to fulfil an agreement with you and to safeguard your and our interests in providing you with the best possible service, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f).
If you have registered an account in our webshop and also accepted marketing cookies on our website or our newsletter, we process your personal data in order to target the best and most relevant offers to you (profiling), including:
- Ordinary personal data (e.g. which products you have shown an interest to or purchased, demographics, XX). The processing takes place to safeguard your and our interests in ensuring that you always receive the best and most relevant news and offers, cf. GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f).
Disclosure
To the extent necessary to provide our service to you, we may disclose your information to relevant suppliers and partners, including software suppliers, marketing agencies and other data processors.
Retention policy

2. THIRD COUNTRY TRANSFERS
If it is necessary for our processing of your personal data, we may transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA. Transfer of personal data to third countries only takes place if we have a legal basis, including:
- If the EU Commission has decided that the third country ensures an adequate level of data protection, cf. GDPR article 45,
- If we or the data importer can provide appropriate safeguards e.g., by entering into the EU Commission's standard contracts, cf. GDPR Art. 46, or
- If one or more of the exemptions in GDPR Art. 49 apply.

3. IF YOU WISH TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

If you withdraw your consent, please note that this does not affect the lawfulness of our processing up to the time you withdraw your consent, and that in special cases we may be entitled to continue processing your personal data, e.g., to defend ourselves against a possible legal claim.

You are welcome to contact La Cabra if you seek information about the personal data we process about you and for which purposes. As a data subject, you have the following rights when we collect and use your personal data:
- You have the right to access the personal data we process about you
- You have the right to object to our collection and further processing of your personal data
- You have the right to rectification and erasure of your personal data, subject to certain statutory exceptions
- You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal data
- Under specific circumstances, you may also request to receive a copy of your personal data as well as the transmission of the personal data you have provided to us to another data controller (data portability).

5. COMPLAINTS
You have the right to file a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency in Denmark: www.datatilsynet.dk or the Data Protection Agency in your country of residence in the EU/EEA if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data.

6. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to update to this privacy policy from time to time. In case of any updates, the date at the bottom of the privacy policy will be changed. The privacy policy in force at any given time will be available on our website.
