With Boundary we look to the future. These are coffees that exemplify our vision of our industry, be it those pushing forward against the idea of how coffee can taste, or that reflect our work in continually sourcing new coffees. Boundary contains coffees from new producers to the La Cabra selection, new regions we haven’t yet worked in, or exotic processes and varietals that excite us right now. Boundary is aimed at those looking for new experiences, from those newer to our world all the way to seasoned coffee lovers.
