Single Serve
Just add filtered water to enjoy one of our picks of the season.

Individual doses are ground and sealed in nitrogen-flushed packages, maintaining the clear aromatic character of freshly ground coffee, for over a year after roasting.
Colombia
Colombia is and will continue to be one of the world’s most exciting countries for speciality coffee. Colombia produces a huge volume of coffee; second only to Brazil, and far ahead of Ethiopia. The potential for quality is immense, and the population at large feel a genuine pride in their coffee growing heritage.
In recent years, the directness and willingness to embrace change, alongside the wealth of knowledge and talent in the producing community has led to excellent coffees, with a huge pallet of flavour profiles.
Potosí
Finca Potosí is the original Granja farm, and one that we have come to hold dear over the years. The natural XO lot from Potosí has become a stalwart in the La Cabra line-up.
This lot of the San Juan varietal is grown on the original Granja farm, Finca Potosí. Their meticulous production process has resulted in a coffee that creates a balance between primary terroir flavours, and secondary process-driven flavours. Here this means fresh and bright acidity from the high altitude Cauca Valley terroir, combined with soft ripe fruit and a heavy rich sweetness.
El Turpial
This lot is from Emerson Felipe Narváez' Geisha plots, planted at over 2200 masl at El Turpial. The trees from which this lot was selected are truly on the edge of what’s possible under current conditions.
This coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process, unveiling the potential of Emerson’s Geisha; an intensely sweet cup with a character of ripe grapes and citrus, underpinning a complex bouquet of floral aromas; we find magnolia, orange blossom and hibiscus elements.
