Kasper and the team reflect Hannes’ work in northern Norway with flashes of colour, echoing the palette of iconic Aurora on the darkness of the night sky.
Hannes Becker is an outdoor photographer whose captivating work with nature has been a source of inspiration for us for many years.
We have worked with Kasper and the team at K.H. Würtz for nearly a decade; their beautiful and timeless ceramic pieces have become intertwined with La Cabra, a vital element in the experience we create across our locations. Each piece is handmade in Denmark by Kasper and his team in Horsens.

Rituals this month tells the story of two excellent coffees from Guatemala , our first releases of the season, two contrasting lots illustrating the variance of profiles we find here. Baltazar Mendez produces coffee in Huehuetenango; a very clean and crisp washed lot, with a grape-like acidity and toffee-like sweetness, where Buena Vista is a soft and ripe natural Catuai from Fraijanes, with notes of stewed stone fruit reminiscent of apricot jam.
