The Location
SoHo is our second location in New York, a focussed coffee concept, an open and transparent look at our approach to a modern coffee experience. Here, we serve an extensive selection from our seasonal lineup as filter and espresso, on an open bar.
Located in the high design Soho district, we’re excited to invite you into a new interpretation of La Cabra, inspired by not only New York but also by our years of travels to interesting coffee destinations around the world.
Prelude
Our location in the East Village is our prelude. Our first foray into New York’s colour, noise and bustle; a source of inspiration for so many years. East Village is the anchor to which we pin our development and involvement in New York’s thriving coffee scene.
