We have long spoken of our straightforward approach to coffee, with the focus firmly on the raw material. Keeping track of some simple variables allows us to consistently produce excellent cups at home.
When brewing at home, we always allow ample resting time to de-gas, and brew with water of an ideal mineral content, in order to present the coffee in the best possible light. Once we have excellent quality rested coffee, and clean filtered water, the act of brewing is much more simple.
