La Cabra Coffee Server is made from heat-resistant glass and used with manual brewing methods such as pour over, including AeroPress and V60, where coffee is brewed directly into the server before serving.

The transparent glass makes the coffee visible as it brews and settles, making volume and extraction easier to follow throughout the brew.

Used across our cafés for hand brews, the glass server forms part of a manual brewing setup focused on both process and serving, and can be used in the same way at home.
