Mineral Drops are used to add controlled amounts of minerals to brewing water, shaping how flavour is expressed in the cup. In coffee brewing, water composition plays a central role in extraction, influencing clarity, acidity, and overall balance.

Used together with demineralised water, as produced by the ZeroWater Pitcher, the drops create a consistent and adjustable base for brewing. A small amount is added to reach a desired mineral balance.

This mineral concentrate is crafted for high efficacy at 30,000 ppm and must be diluted according to the provided instructions before use. It is not intended for direct consumption and should not be used inside espresso machines.
