Rare Set

Rare Set brings together two of our Rare coffees in a gift box, selected to complement one another. Brewed side by side, they become a way to explore different expressions of coffee.

Our Rare coffees are limited lots sourced through our producer network and through competitions and auctions. Each lot reflects the distinct qualities of its origin, variety and processing.

Chevas Washed

For the washed lot, the fruit is removed before drying, resulting in a clean, floral cup with delicate jasmine notes, a light body and bright acidity.

Chevas Natural

The natural lot is dried as whole cherries and finished in the estate’s climate-controlled Dark Room. It has a layered, fruit-forward profile with pronounced sweetness.
